Salesforce FSC Senior Developer

📍 Nashik | Pune | Jaipur ⏰ must work US-overlap hours 💼 Experience: 7+ Years

Looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with FSC (Financial Services Cloud) experience to be part of US-based client projects. You’ll work directly with customer stakeholders, design scalable solutions, develop assigned work items, and contribute in both delivery and pre-sales activities.

What You’ll Do

• Design & develop Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Modeling, Analytics & AI).
• Work as senior developer delivering best in class solutions, promoting best practices.
• Work on US customer projects being part of a larger team.
• Support pre-sales with solution design, estimations & proposal inputs.
• Stay up-to-date on latest Salesforce advancements, AI & products capabilities.

Skills & Experience Needed

• 7+ years Salesforce development/design experience.
• Hands-on expertise with the following:

✔ Platform / Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)

✔ Financial Services Cloud / Industry Clouds (must have)

✔ Data Cloud / Agentforce (preferred but not must)

• Strong communication & ability to interface with architects, business analysts.
• Experience in Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, Git branching, Copado/Gearset
• Experience delivering to US enterprise projects is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce / Data Cloud certifications
• FSC / Industry Cloud Badges
• Exposure to multi-cloud, integrations & DevOps 



Work Model & Location

• Residing in Nashik, Pune or Jaipur, and willing to work from office few times a week
• Comfortable working US timezone overlap (evening hours IST going till 1 am IST).
