SFDC Scrum Master with Jira Experience Job Description: Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC) with Flutter Expertise Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations , combined with proven expertise in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile and web applications. This hybrid skill set will enable the candidate to develop scalable Salesforce solutions while also contributing to modern, responsive front-end applications using Flutter. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce , and Salesforce configuration. Build Flutter applications (mobile/web/desktop) for business workflows integrated with Salesforce via APIs. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and Salesforce release management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Salesforce and Flutter application layers. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for both Salesforce and Flutter apps. Required Skills & Experience 4?6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in: Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Permissions) Salesforce Integration patterns 1?3 years of experience in Flutter development (Dart language). Experience building cross-platform applications using Flutter (iOS, Android, Web, or Desktop). Good understanding of Salesforce REST APIs and integrating Flutter apps with Salesforce. Experience with Git , DevOps practices, and CI/CD. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I / II , App Builder. Experience with UI/UX frameworks, Firebase, or mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVC). Familiarity with Heroku, Node.js, or middleware integration tools. Exposure to Agile methodologies.
