Role Description The Salesforce Functional Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of Salesforce applications through detailed functional testing, test planning, and defect documentation. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce features such as Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, and Permissions, along with the ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams. The tester will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, create comprehensive test cases, and support continuous improvement in product quality. Experience with automation tools, API testing, and Salesforce Admin Certification will be considered an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3?6+ years of Functional Testing/QA experience. Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions). Ability to create detailed test cases/plans, document bugs, and work with tools like JIRA/Radar. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication skills with familiarity in Agile/Scrum. Preferred: automation tools (Selenium/JMeter), Salesforce Admin Certification, REST/SOAP API testing, and knowledge of Enterprise Legal Management concepts.
