Digital & Tech (Salesforce Lead) Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 8+ years overall, 6+ years in Salesforce Employment Type: Full-time Work From Office only, About the Role Join Zensar?s Enterprise Services team as a Salesforce Lead , a pivotal role in shaping our global CRM strategy. You will lead platform design, development, and integration for a user base spanning 41 countries , supporting 6,000 employees and 5,000 clients . This is an opportunity to drive innovation, security, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce platform architecture , design, and development. Manage security configurations , MFA setup, and compliance. Develop reusable components, APIs, and platform patterns for scalability. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and client systems . Drive adoption, operational efficiency, and platform enhancements . Provide Tier 3 support , manage release evaluations, and troubleshoot issues. Conduct solution design discussions , prepare estimates, and maintain documentation. Mentor and coach team members; manage Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and assess impact on existing systems. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years Salesforce experience , 8+ years overall in tech. Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Trigger Architecture . Strong knowledge of CRM, Sales, Marketing domains . Hands-on with flows, dashboards, workflows, automation . Experience in Salesforce integrations , CI/CD, Agile methodologies. Certified Salesforce Administrator & Developer (additional certs preferred). Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills. Preferred Release Management experience. GSuite/MS Office proficiency. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work outside normal hours for critical issue resolution. Why Zensar?
