Your Role: Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, build, and drive the development of a fully customized Salesforce solution at Y-Axis. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to define system architecture, own the full SDLC, and mentor a growing development team. If you?re a strategic thinker, an expert problem-solver, and a passionate Salesforce technologist?this role offers the autonomy and impact you?re looking for. Key Responsibilities ? Architect, design, and develop high-quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC). ? Build and maintain integrations with internal and external applications via REST/SOAP APIs. ? Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams?including stakeholders, analysts, and developers?to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. ? Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices and development standards. ? Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security protocols, and architectural guidelines. What We?re Looking For Education ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Experience ? 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong exposure to architecture and solution design. Technical Skills ? Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). ? Strong command of Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs). ? Proficiency in Salesforce DX, DevOps workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. ? Ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions. Creative & Soft Skills ? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. ? Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business teams. ? Leadership qualities with the ability to guide, mentor, and influence. ? Ownership-driven, reliable, and able to perform under timelines and pressure. Preferred Qualifications ? Salesforce Technical Architect certification or advanced Salesforce credentials. ? Experience driving large-scale Salesforce transformations or enterprise implementations. ?
