This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1300000 (ie INR 5-13 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver customized, end-to-end Salesforce applications across various clouds ? including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration strategies, with a focus on building reusable, scalable, and secure components that enhance user experience and platform performance. Requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows Work extensively on Experience Cloud, creating tailored experiences for internal and external users Develop and maintain custom APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP web services, Platform Events, or Middleware tools Build scalable, reusable Lightning Web Components, ensuring high performance and maintainability Configure user permissions, profiles, and sharing rules to ensure data security and compliance Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles while maintaining quality and consistency across projects Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git and SFDX Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design system architecture and solution blueprints Mentor junior developers, review code quality, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices Continuously research and adopt new Salesforce capabilities, tools, and frameworks to optimize system efficiency What Makes You a Great Fit 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise-scale environments Strong command over Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batches, Async Processing) and LWC Framework Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools Deep expertise in Experience Cloud and familiarity with other Salesforce clouds like Sales, Service, and Data Cloud Solid understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, SFDX, and Jenkins Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities Immediate availability or short notice period (preferred)
