Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Range: 4 - 12 Years Job Location: PAN INDIA Job Description: Required skill:Salesforce (Service/ Sales Cloud) Must-Have 1. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud 2. Knowledge of Salesforce development practices 3. Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform. 4. Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces. 5. Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud. Good-to-Have 1. Good Communication Skills 2. Working knowledge of Service Now and JIRA 3. Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow. 4. Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.
