In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain backend systems that power Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations, enabling seamless customer experiences and scalable solutions.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and develop server-side logic and APIs supporting Service Cloud Voice applications.
• Implement and maintain databases and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using languages such as Java, Node.js, or Apex.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Partner with DevOps teams for deployment and configuration of backend systems.
• Optimize backend code and database queries for scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate components with backend systems.
• Ensure system security and integrity through robust measures.
• Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference.

✅ Requirements & Competencies

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with strong server-side expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and/or Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Node.js, Apex).
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
