Job Description

Key Responsibilities ? Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions including service appointments, scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and mobile configurations. ? Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. ? Configure and customize Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to support end-to-end business processes. ? Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions. ? Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware. ? Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. ? Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience ? 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. ? Strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) ? work order management, scheduling optimization, dispatcher console, and FSL Mobile app. ? Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. ? Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch/Apex jobs. ? Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. ? Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing rules. ? Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. ? Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. ? Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory), Developer II or FSL Consultant certification (preferred).
