Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer & Administrator to design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both administration and development, with expertise in customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Administration Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Create and maintain workflows, process builder flows, approval processes, and validation rules. Handle data management activities such as data import/export, data cleansing, and data quality maintenance. Configure standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases) and custom objects. Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular platform maintenance. Development Design and develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex. Build Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and UI enhancements. Develop and customize Visualforce pages when required. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Work on deployment using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration functionalities. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Understanding of Salesforce security model and data model. Experience in Salesforce integration tools and API frameworks. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and version control (Git). Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Experience with Service Cloud/Sales Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. Experience 3?8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
