Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Description

Description Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/ SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange and automation. Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architecture and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines. Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews. Understanding of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to create dynamic and configurable UIs and service processes is highly preferred. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing. Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or HealthCloud experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with middleware solutions. Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CICD pipelines. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.
