We?re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You?ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business needs. Exp : 8-13 years Location : Pune Mode of Work : Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools. Customize Salesforce applications via configurations (flows, process builder, custom objects) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Stay ahead of Salesforce updates (e.g., Lightning Experience, Einstein AI) and recommend innovative solutions. What We?re Looking For: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to handle large data volumes, performance tuning, and scalable architecture. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a collaborative mindset.
