Job Title: Salesforce Developer with Administrator Responsibilities Location: Pune Experience: 4+ yrs exp I. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Administrator experience to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration. You?ll be responsible for both building custom solutions and maintaining the platform to support multiple business functions. II. Roles & Responsibilities Development (60%) Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP). Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flow Builder and triggers. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Administration (40%) Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses. Handle data management tasks such as import/export, deduplication, and validation. Monitor system performance, maintain security settings, and ensure platform integrity. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices and governance. Ensure the Org is secured through security products like Shield, Security Centre and Privacy Centre. Project Collaboration and Support Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in project planning, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools and features. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to propose and implement system enhancements. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase system efficiency and user satisfaction. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical and user documentation III. Years Of Experience The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional) Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent. Required V. Skill Set Required: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with Admin duties. Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Hands-on experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user management. Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications. Preferred Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, and or Salesforce DX. Familiarity with integration tools. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Communication Cloud. Platform Developer II or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
