Job Description We are seeking a Sr/Lead CRM Analytics Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building analytics solutions using CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) . The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize analytical dashboards, dataflows, datasets, and integrations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with CRM Analytics and cross-functional teams to analyze business, functional, and technical requirements. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Leverage deep CRM Analytics expertise to design scalable, insightful, and optimized analytics solutions. Translate business needs into well-architected solutions using CRM Analytics capabilities. Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, datasets, lenses, dashboards for analytics and decision making. Perform data integrations between CRM Analytics and Salesforce/external systems . Work extensively with JSON and Einstein Analytics intelligence features . Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and system bugs. Mandatory Skills ? Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) ? Expertise in building analytical dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, dataflows ? Strong experience in SQL / SAQL ? Proficiency in Dataprep / Recipe building ? Knowledge of CRM Analytics Admin, permissions, and security model ? Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Good to Have Skills ? Tableau experience ? Dashboard templatisation ? Exposure to Data Cloud ? Familiarity with Einstein Discovery ? Experience with any ETL tool ? Knowledge of JavaScript & Visual Studio ? Experience exploring Tableau Next
