Shift: 4:30 PM 2:30 AM (IST)
We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst with strong experience in production support and troubleshooting. The role involves L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis, and collaboration with development, QA, and business teams to ensure platform stability and performance across multiple global markets. End‑of‑month and weekend support will be required.
