Key Responsibilities.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements using Salesforce automation.
  • Utilize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement integrations and custom solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training to end-users and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and the Salesforce delivery team.
  • Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define reporting and dashboard requirements to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across Salesforce orgs.




Requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting tools.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
  • Ability to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to interact with clients and teams.
