Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Manufacturing domain) Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid/Onsite) Experience: 4?8 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into well-defined technical deliverables. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and architects to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Support configuration activities ? including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data modeling. Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT sessions for Salesforce projects. Create documentation including process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and solution design documentation. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices to recommend optimizations. Required Skills & Experience 4?8 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation. Familiarity with Salesforce data models, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred. Exposure to integration projects or working with middleware (MuleSoft, APIs) is an advantage. Good to Have Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning. Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments or multi-org setups. Strong understanding of data governance and user adoption strategies.
