Salesforce AI / Agentforce Implementation Consultant Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI / Agentforce Implementation Consultant with proven experience in designing and delivering AI-driven Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the rollout of Einstein Copilot and Agentforce within Sales Cloud to enhance sales productivity, streamline workflows, and unlock intelligent business insights. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce?s AI ecosystem, strong integration expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable business impact. Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications such as Einstein AI Specialist, Salesforce Consultant, or Architect-level certifications. Experience with Einstein GPT and advanced conversational AI features. Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.). Background in data strategy, analytics, or machine learning concepts. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, CI/CD pipelines). EDUCATION PROFILE Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Einstein Copilot and Agentforce in Sales Cloud to improve sales efficiency. Build AI-driven workflows, copilots, and intelligent assistants tailored to sales processes. Analyze meeting notes, events, and productivity data to surface actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver effective solutions. Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities with CRM Analytics (CRMA), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot. Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance for AI-driven Salesforce solutions. Provide thought leadership on Salesforce AI innovations and mentor team members. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong background in Sales Cloud. Hands-on expertise in Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Copilot Studio. Proven experience in designing AI workflows, copilots, and virtual assistants. Strong knowledge of CRM Analytics (CRMA), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
