Job Title: Salesforce Administrator ? 5 Years Experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce environments across various industries, with a strong focus on user adoption, data integrity, and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) including user management, security, permissions, and access controls. Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and process builder automation. Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce to align with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Manage data quality initiatives including data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export using tools like Data Loader and Salesforce DX. Configure and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware. Support user training, documentation, and change management to ensure high adoption and satisfaction. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform. Implement and enforce Salesforce governance policies, including change management, version control, and sandbox strategies. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent. Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules), and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including import/export, data quality, and master data management. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or native tools. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD, change sets, metadata API, Salesforce DX). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFS, Healthcare, Retail) is a plus. Nice to Have: Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components. Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
