Education Qualification : Any Graduation. ? Work Mode : Hybrid. ? Employment Type : Contract. ? Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Day Job Description: 3-4 years as a Salesforce platform administrator ? Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. ? Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud ? Salesforce architecture knowledge ? Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). ? Understanding of integration tools (API connections, middleware). ? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.? Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ? Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. ? Experience with Apex and Lightning is a plus Tools knowledge required: ? Jira ticketing system ? used by product teams for tracking development, testing and releases ? ServiceNow Service Desk ticketing system ? used for tracking incidents, service requests and change requests? Confluence wiki ? used to manage IT documentation ?
