Salesforce Admin

Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required. Advanced certifications (such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning experience. Salesforce Sales enablement experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Experience with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, DemandTools). Basic knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce) is a plus but not required. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements Preferred Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
