Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and capable Sales Trainer to build the quality and performance of our inside sales team. This person will be responsible for training sales executives on consultative selling, objection handling, product understanding, call quality, CRM discipline, and conversion excellence.
The ideal candidate should be able to improve team performance through structured onboarding, continuous coaching, call audits, refreshers, and sharp feedback loops.

What You’ll Do
- Train inside sales executives on SmartSelect, customer consultation, and sales pitch delivery
- Design and run onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Conduct regular refresher sessions on product, process, objection handling, and closing skills
- Audit sales calls and provide actionable feedback to improve quality and conversions
- Identify skill gaps across the team and create focused training interventions
- Build training materials, scripts, role-play modules, and SOPs for the sales team
- Work closely with sales managers to improve lead handling, follow-up quality, and closure rates
- Track training effectiveness through metrics like conversion, talk quality, follow-up discipline, and productivity
- Ensure the team maintains strong CRM hygiene and follows defined sales processes
- Share insights with leadership on common customer objections, team gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales training, preferably for inside sales/telesales teams
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer-first sales approaches
- Ability to coach sales teams on pitch, probing, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
- Comfortable reviewing calls, giving direct feedback, and driving measurable improvement
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi/ any South Indian language is a plus)
