Job Title: Process & Sales Training Specialist – Call Center Operations

Location: Mohali, Sector 67, India (In-Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Operations)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Process & Sales Training Specialist to build and manage the training and process infrastructure for our growing back-office call center operations.

This role will be responsible for developing SOPs, onboarding programs, training modules, and sales coaching frameworks for inbound and outbound calling teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in call center training, outbound sales coaching, and process documentation.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in building a high-performance sales culture.


Key Responsibilities

1. Process Documentation & SOP Creation

• Convert operational workflows into clear written SOPs

• Document processes for inbound CSR, outbound lead generation, and outbound sales teams

• Maintain structured documentation in Trainual / Notion / knowledge base systems

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

2. Training Program Development

Design and execute a structured 5-day onboarding training program for new hires.

Example onboarding structure:

Day 1 – Company introduction & HVAC basics

Day 2 – Tools training (ServiceTitan, JustCall, Slack)

Day 3 – Cold calling frameworks & scripts

Day 4 – Objection handling & persuasion training

Day 5 – Live call simulations & certification

Agents must complete certification before going live.

3. Sales & Communication Coaching

Conduct daily and weekly training sessions including:

• Cold calling training

• Appointment setting techniques

• Objection handling

• Voice and communication training

• Role-plays and mock call sessions

4. Knowledge Base & Training Content

Develop structured training content including:

• SOP documentation

• Training manuals

• Video training modules (Loom recordings)

• Script walkthroughs

• Process tutorials

Maintain an organized knowledge library for the operations team.

5. Certification & Assessments

Create structured certification levels:

Level 1 – Launchpad Training

Company and product basics

Level 2 – Process Certification

CRM, dialer, and SOP training

Level 3 – Sales Certification

Cold calling, objections, and appointment setting

Minimum passing score: 90%

Agents cannot take calls until certified.

6. Process Adherence Monitoring

• Conduct process adherence audits

• Work with floor supervisors to identify performance gaps

• Design targeted training sessions to address operational issues

Note: Call listening and scorecards will be handled by the QA team.


Tools Used

Operations team currently uses:

• JustCall – Dialer

• ServiceTitan – CRM

• Slack – Internal communication

Trainer must create training around these tools.


Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in call center training or sales training

• Experience training outbound sales or appointment setting teams

• Strong ability to create SOP documentation and structured processes

• Experience conducting role-plays and live coaching sessions

• Experience creating training videos and knowledge documentation


Preferred Skills

• Experience with Trainual / Notion / knowledge management systems

• Experience in US outbound sales operations

• Experience in cold calling environments
