Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Rajkot/Surat and Gandhidham for a Sales Technologist/Business Development Officer at MRF Vapocure Paints. The Sales Officer (ST) will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and building a robust sales pipeline. The role also includes overseeing sales operations, executing channel sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive engagement with clients to drive business growth and ensure outstanding service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Proven ability to execute Channel Sales strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets
- Ability to develop and nurture client relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using excel and sales software is a plus
- Prior experience in the paints or building material industry is advantageous
