Sales Support Specialist -- Third Party Logistics (35949)

An international third-party logistics company in the Northern Kentucky area is seeking a Sales Support Specialist responsible for supporting the sales manager and customers. Sound like the job for you? Read on.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager with various "inside sales" duties
• Provide customer service via telephone and email
• Help maintain billing invoices, process vendor invoices and assist accounting department

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of logistics/freight forwarding experience
• Prefer experience with international shipping, including ocean import
• Experience with customer service or sales in logistics environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
