Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Executive to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will assist the sales team by preparing and managing quotes, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders. You will handle queries, monitor sales performance, generate reports, and manage post-sales customer support. The role also involves providing administrative assistance to the sales team for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client communication
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including familiarity with database management
• Ability to create and process sales quotes and manage order fulfillment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills for tracking sales performance and generating insights
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in a sales support or client management role is an advantage
