Sales Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support in car dealership experience with ERP in OEM, and proficiency in invoice billing, discount calculation, and preparing quotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the sales team, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Calculate discounts and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales support processes and procedures.
• Experience working in a car dealership or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in invoice billing, discount calculation, and preparing quotations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
