Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role supports the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining order records, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. The coordinator will handle day-to-day customer communication, follow up on leads, update customer and sales data, and assist with documentation such as invoices and sales reports. The position also involves monitoring customer feedback, resolving routine service issues, and collaborating with internal teams to support sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, sales staff, and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills to review sales data, track orders, and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
• Administrative Assistance skills for managing documentation, records, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or jewelry/retail industry is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
