Sales & Support Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (US/Canada Time Zones)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries while delivering exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from international clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Provide prompt and effective customer support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Support (preferably in SaaS or IT industry)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with international clients (US/Canada market)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
