Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Sales team specializing in automation-driven storage solutions. This role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who aspire to build a career in technical sales, combining engineering knowledge with business development skills. The GET will undergo structured training to understand automated storage systems, customer requirements, and solution selling strategies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand the company’s portfolio of automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), warehouse automation, and material handling solutions.
  • Assist senior sales engineers in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable storage automation solutions.
  • Support in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in automation and storage solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development within the automation industry.

  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD tools or ERP systems is a plus.
