Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Sales team specializing in automation-driven storage solutions. This role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who aspire to build a career in technical sales, combining engineering knowledge with business development skills. The GET will undergo structured training to understand automated storage systems, customer requirements, and solution selling strategies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company’s portfolio of automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), warehouse automation, and material handling solutions.
Assist senior sales engineers in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable storage automation solutions.
Support in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in automation and storage solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

📚 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Strong interest in sales and business development within the automation industry.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, storage systems, and automation technologies.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD tools or ERP systems is a plus.
