Role Description

This full-time Sales Specialist role will be based on-site in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and building productive relationships with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies, and conducting training sessions for customers and sales representatives to improve product knowledge and usage.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to provide Training to teams or clients to ensure proper understanding and use of products
  • Experience in collaborative environments and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is an advantage
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
