Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Specialist will manage end-to-end sales processes, engage with prospective customers, and deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will also provide training and support to junior team members when needed and assist in developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions and relationship-building
- Experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive customer acquisition and achieve targets
- Capability to deliver Training to team members and support them in achieving performance goals
- Strategic mindset to develop innovative approaches to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
