Position: Sales Executive / Sales Specialist – Prefabricated Structures (PEB / Prefab)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Specialist with experience or interest in Prefabricated / PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales for prefab structures across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
● Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB / Prefabricated building sector.
● Develop relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
2. Sales & Client Handling
● Present company products and solutions to potential clients.
● Understand client requirements and propose suitable prefabricated structure solutions.
● Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
3. Project Coordination
● Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure project execution.
● Maintain regular communication with clients during project progress.
4. Target Achievement
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update management regularly.
Requirements
● Education: Diploma / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing preferred)
● Experience: 1–5 years in PEB / Prefabricated structures / Construction / Building materials sales
● Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.
● Good communication and negotiation skills.
● Willing to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
