Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Noida, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and closing deals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering product presentations, providing training to customers, and contributing to overall sales performance. The selected candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience, including driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to provide high-quality Training to clients on products and services.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
