Role Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients such as Colleges and Universities through research, networking, cold calling, and sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Client Engagement

  • Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase the company's training programs.
  • Promote courses such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Java, MERN Stack, and Python.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable training solutions.

3. Sales & Conversion

  • Manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions, educators, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive institutional partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the education sector.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align business objectives.
  • Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Education and Technology-driven learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT training programs, including:
  • Java
  • Python
  • Data Science
  • Machine Learning
  • MERN Stack

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Academic Partnerships, EdTech Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience working with Colleges, Universities, or Educational Institutions will be an added advantage
