📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 3+ Years in Institutional Sales / Similar Role
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Role Description
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients such as Colleges and Universities through research, networking, cold calling, and sales campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
2. Client Engagement
- Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase the company's training programs.
- Promote courses such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Java, MERN Stack, and Python.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable training solutions.
3. Sales & Conversion
- Manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions, educators, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive institutional partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities in the education sector.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align business objectives.
- Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.

Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in Education and Technology-driven learning solutions.
- Knowledge of IT training programs, including:
- Java
- Python
- Data Science
- Machine Learning
- MERN Stack
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Academic Partnerships, EdTech Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience working with Colleges, Universities, or Educational Institutions will be an added advantage
