Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vishakhapatnam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, generating leads, and converting them into customers. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires supporting clients with excellent customer service, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in training initiatives to continuously enhance sales strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to facilitate Training sessions to improve team knowledge and effectiveness in sales processes.
- Proficiency in building and managing client relationships, along with negotiation skills.
- Experience in working in the business development or sales function, preferably in industries relevant to structured growth systems.
- Self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
