Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Bhiwani with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role includes facilitating sales processes, providing relevant product training as required, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales operations.

• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including identifying leads, managing client interactions, and closing deals.
• Experience in Sales Management to ensure team collaboration and drive performance towards sales goals.
• Ability to deliver Training related to products and processes to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
• Highly motivated, with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
