Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the pre sales to post sales of products - LV Motors within a designated market or division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low
voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors). Through a global footprint, domain expertise and rugged designs, the Division provides reliable technology that improves efficiency and productivity even in the most demanding applications.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage Division based in Jaipur, India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. Managing all activities from pre sales to post sales.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in pre sales to post sales of motors.
- Full time engineering in Electrical or Mechanical field.
- Comfortable for travelling within Rajasthan region.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
