Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling life insurance products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves providing excellent customer service, conducting client training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales, and ability to meet targets and grow customer base
  • Experience in Sales Management, with skills in strategizing and leading sales initiatives
  • Capability to deliver Training sessions to clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and under pressure to meet goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
