Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Service Representative role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries, and managing accounts proactively. Daily tasks will include promoting and cross-selling products and services, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business growth by identifying new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver quality service and meet customer needs is a key part of this position.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and promote a range of products and services
  • Proficiency in account management and ability to identify new sales opportunities
  • Organizational capabilities for maintaining accurate records and managing client accounts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
