Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Assist distributors and clients with installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment.
  • Training: Deliver Technical Training (in person and online) to sales team, service engineers, and end users.
  • Commercial Support: Work closely with the country manager to identify opportunities and be a protagonist during negotiations and client visits.
  • Warranty Management: Follow up on warranty claims and post-sales support, ensuring fast response and customer satisfaction.
  • Spare Parts Coordination: Monitor local spare parts inventory and follow up on orders to ensure proper availability.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare Technical visit reports, performance indicators, and field feedback on product performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical or university degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • Proven experience with CBCTs (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Saudi Arabia with flexibility for international travel

Desirable

  • Experience with dental chairs
