Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential customers, presenting insurance products, and providing solutions that align with customer needs. The role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by guiding them through product features and benefits. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and provide ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of achieving targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of the life insurance industry and its products is an advantage
- Proficiency in identifying client needs and tailoring product offerings accordingly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus
