Key Responsibilities of the Renewals Representative Role:

  • Manage end-to-end customer renewal processes for assigned pipelines.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure timely contract/subscription renewals.
  • Demonstrated clear, professional communication via email and calls, maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Account Executives, Customer Success, CX – BP Team, Sales, Finance- AR/AP) to resolve renewal-related issues.
  • Identify potential churn risks and act swiftly to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate renewal data in SFDC and track performance metrics.
  • Identify and route upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate teams
