A Store Promoter is responsible for promoting products, engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and achieving sales targets. The role involves creating a positive customer experience while representing the brand professionally.

• Greet and assist customers in the store.
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for extended periods.
• Teamwork and time management skills.

• Minimum: Graduate (Higher Secondary).
• Graduate preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
