Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Sales Professional. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting tour packages, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trip planning and execution. Additional duties include preparing proposals, conducting client follow-ups, and gathering feedback to improve offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including experience with MICE and group travel planning, is a significant advantage.
- Organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and innovate solutions for client needs.
