Sales Operations Coordinator

Company Description Inowatt Energy is a lithium-ion battery company building high-performance energy storage solutions for industrial equipment and ESS applications. We're a company with strong growth momentum — and we're looking for a Sales Ops Coordinator to be a core part of that journey.

Role Description: The Sales Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position supports the sales team by managing order processing, maintaining accurate customer and product data in CRM and related systems, preparing sales reports, and tracking key performance metrics. The coordinator communicates with customers and internal stakeholders to handle inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The role also includes preparing quotations, assisting with proposals, organizing sales documentation, and helping streamline sales processes to improve efficiency. Collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams is essential to ensure smooth end-to-end sales operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in energy, batteries, or industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
