Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The role involves supporting day-to-day sales operations, managing customer interactions, overseeing the sales order lifecycle, and ensuring timely coordination between sales and internal teams. Responsibilities include generating reports, maintaining records, monitoring sales activity, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless sales process. The role aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes, while also contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in customer service and customer relationship management
- Proven experience in sales and sales operations
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
