Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and convert new customers across assigned territories using consultative selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, agents, and key local decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, product demonstration, and follow-up.
- Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer pain points to inform product and outreach strategy.
- Deliver accurate daily/weekly sales reports and maintain updated CRM records for all interactions.
- Participate in sales trainings, team huddles, and regional strategy sessions to align with business goals.
- Must-Have
- Nepali language fluency (spoken & written)
- Proven experience in field sales or direct-to-consumer selling
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote or semi-rural areas
- Basic smartphone & mobile app proficiency (for CRM or reporting)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally by two-wheeler or public transport
- Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, telecom, or financial services sales
- Familiarity with Nepal’s regional market dynamics
- Basic knowledge of sales tracking tools or Google Sheets
