Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Prospect, engage, and convert new customers across assigned territories using consultative selling techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, agents, and key local decision-makers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, product demonstration, and follow-up.
Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer pain points to inform product and outreach strategy.
Deliver accurate daily/weekly sales reports and maintain updated CRM records for all interactions.
Participate in sales trainings, team huddles, and regional strategy sessions to align with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Nepali language fluency (spoken & written)
Proven experience in field sales or direct-to-consumer selling
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in remote or semi-rural areas
Basic smartphone & mobile app proficiency (for CRM or reporting)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally by two-wheeler or public transport
Preferred
Experience in FMCG, telecom, or financial services sales
Familiarity with Nepal’s regional market dynamics
Basic knowledge of sales tracking tools or Google Sheets
