Sales Officer

Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur OR Vadodara. This role focuses on generating and managing B2B leads, nurturing client relationships with travel partners, and driving sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipelines. The Sales Officer will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and service delivery. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide responsive and professional support.
• Proficiency in lead generation and sales operations, including managing pipelines, tracking activities, and following structured sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and handling negotiations.
• Experience in channel sales or working with agent networks, distributors, or travel partners.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in hospitality, travel, or marketing services.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms to manage leads and report performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur OR Vadodara, travel locally to meet clients when required, and manage time effectively.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
