Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and coordinating channel sales. Daily activities include meeting with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while representing the company's values and commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and efficiently handle the sales process.
- Demonstrated ability in Channel Sales to work effectively within distribution networks and grow partnerships.
- Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and close deals successfully.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
